Welcome to Bliss, a full service day spa for relaxation, beauty, and relief. 

Offering a variety of massage modalities, facial treatments, body care and nail care, each service is customized to your specific needs and goals. 

I began my career as a licensed Cosmetologist in 2006, a licensed esthetician in 2007 and a licensed massage therapist in 2014. I have almost 14 years straight of working hands-on in the treatment room.

Native from Weare, NH, I lived in Charleston, South Carolina from 2007 until 2011. I opened Bliss Spa LLC in Milford February 2018 and relocated to Goffstown in March of 2019.

At Bliss you can find specialized spa services ranging from waxing and skincare to massage and body treatments. My goal is to have a beautiful space for you to come feel comfortable to relax and leave with a peaceful mindset to carry through your day. I always keep in my mind “Think of the service the guest is receiving, not just the service I am providing.” I aim to ensure that your time at Bliss is well spent, meaningful and productive. When I am not in the spa, I am spending time with my son, husband and family.
